As the Laser Product Manager, you will possess the following skills and expertise;
Proven track record in B2B Marketing, particularly in Product Marketing within the Technology sector.
Experience with direct and indirect sales teams, including distribution and e-commerce.
Proactive and able to deliver within agreed timeframes.
Passionate about Product, Marketing, Technology and delivering a great experience for internal and external customers
Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience in Salesforce, PowerBI, and other tools.
Creative and analytical approach.
Budget management experience (P&L and revenue targets).
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
Strong communication skills.
Degree in Marketing or CIM qualification preferred.

Salary - Up to 50,000 (pro rata) (dependant on experience)
Manage the Laser product group with targeted campaigns and initiatives.
Deliver key marketing strategies for our business growth
Foster intra-portfolio alignment and cross-departmental collaboration.
Conduct market analysis to set business targets and manage the product budget process.
Report on product profitability, including revenues and units.
Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve objectives.
Manage product lifecycle, from launch to exit, and collaborate on lead generation activities.
Represent the product portfolio at internal and external events, meeting customers and being the product advocate
