Skincare and Laser Specialist

to join our busy team on a part-time basis.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and confident practitioner to deliver advanced skin treatments in a high-end clinical setting. You'll play a key role in supporting our clients' skincare journeys, providing expert treatment and care with confidence, professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a range of advanced skin treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, bespoke facials, and laser skin treatments Level 4 laser desirable with experience of Alma and Morpheus ideal Provide clear, honest and consultative advice to patients, helping them feel informed, comfortable and confident Able to work well independently Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and contribute to a positive patient experience from first contact Proactively support clinic growth by maximising treatment bookings and delivering high-quality service that encourages rebooking and referrals Support the Clinic's ongoing success and growth with sharing ideas and suggestions Maintain a safe, clean and professional clinical environment in line with all regulatory standards

About You:

Strong experience in a clinical aesthetics or wellness setting Skilled in microneedling, peels, facials, and laser treatments (Alma experience preferred) Level 4 qualification in laser & light therapies highly desirable Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision and use initiative to support clinic success Friendly, polished, and client-focused with a passion for skin health and wellness, that drives your ongoing personal development and learning Comfortable working to appointment targets and eager to proactively fill your diary

Working Pattern:

Monday morning Full day Thursday One evening per week Every other Saturday
If agreeable, there may be an opportunity for more hours once the role holder's diary has reached a sustained level of bookings.
