Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laser Technician to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser equipment to deliver precise treatments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality services while maintaining strict health and safety standards. The Laser Technician will also assist with client consultations, applying their expertise in makeup application and customer service to enhance the overall client experience.

Duties

Operate laser equipment safely and effectively for various treatments, adhering to established protocols. Prepare clients for procedures, including consultation and explaining the process clearly. Apply makeup or skincare products as needed to enhance treatment outcomes or for aesthetic purposes. Maintain meticulous records of treatments performed and client progress. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned after each use. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client flow efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience or training in makeup application is desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to operate laser equipment with precision and attention to detail. Good organisational skills to manage appointments and look maintain accurate records. Professional attitude with a focus on safety, hygiene, and client satisfaction. Prior experience in a beauty or aesthetic treatment environment is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided for suitable candidates.
