We are seeking a skilled and professional Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser equipment to deliver high-quality treatments and services, primarily within the beauty and skincare industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction and safety. The Laser Technician will contribute to creating a welcoming environment while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety protocols.

Duties

Operate laser equipment safely and effectively for various treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other cosmetic procedures. Provide personalised consultations to clients, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and setting realistic expectations. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client information in compliance with data protection regulations. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and sterilised according to health and safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Assist with colour matching and makeup application as needed to enhance treatment results or client experience. Educate clients on post-treatment care instructions and follow-up procedures. Keep the treatment area clean, organised, and fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in makeup application or related beauty treatments is desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and answer client questions confidently. Knowledge of laser safety protocols and current industry standards is preferred. Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining professionalism at all times. A friendly demeanour with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Previous experience working as a Laser Technician or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
