Responsibilities
Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Provide personalised consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending suitable styles.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and maintain an active online presence.
Foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business through excellent hospitality and guest services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
Qualifications
Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions is essential.
Skills in makeup application, barbering, or deep tissue massage are advantageous.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in social media management is a plus, helping to promote services online.
Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive client relationship.
A passion for beauty and aesthetics, with an understanding of current trends in the industry.
Certification or relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or related fields is preferred.
