About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organised and process-driven Last Mile Network Design to support our last-mile delivery operations. This role is essential to the planning, optimisation, and smooth execution of courier routes, as well as the management of delivery equipment, materials, and tools across delivery sites.

You'll work closely with delivery teams, operations managers, and system support teams to ensure efficient route design, system performance, and proper resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and optimise the delivery address database, including route area merging/splitting and courier route design. Deliver system training and provide ongoing support to delivery site teams regarding route planning tools and processes. Analyse underperforming delivery zones and develop improvement plans to ensure operational efficiency. Oversee courier scheduling, shift planning, and help implement more effective working models across delivery teams. Allocate, track, and manage equipment and supplies according to site requirements, ensuring proper assignment and asset control. Coordinate the deployment of materials such as handheld devices, uniforms, scanners, and other site-level tools.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

Familiar with route area planning tools and address database management. Understanding of scheduling systems and delivery work models, including second-leg handovers. Experience diagnosing and resolving zone performance issues through structured problem-solving. Strong materials management knowledge, including procurement, inventory control, and equipment tracking. Proficiency in logistics software

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in logistics, route planning, courier operations, or warehouse coordination. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
