We are looking for experienced closing/late Duty Managers to join team at The Croft Hotel.
Our Late Duty Managers are responsible for the operational delivery of service shifts, hotel and restaurant operations and 5weddings, with roles and responsibilities being spread and some of our managers specialising in either wedding management, bar management and restaurant management.
You will be responsible for the venue once the wedding or day time manager hands over to you on an evening. Your role includes supervising the restaurant and function room, checking in late arrivals, the general safety and well being of all guests and staff, cashing up tills and refloating, cashing up safes and completing all evening closedown procedures setting following days wedding.
SHIFT PATTERNS
4pm -2.00am on wedding days
12pm-10pm on non wedding days
You will need to have great attention to detail and a strong work ethic, excellent organisation and logistic skills as well as great interpersonal and leadership qualities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year Duty Management experience in a luxury hotel or F&B environment.
Wage is negotiable dependent upon experience.
Own transport preferred as shift times will vary
