We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our late night Tiki Bar team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

Welcome guests and take their drink orders with efficiency and accuracy Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks Ensure all drinks are prepared according to safety standards and company policies, including food safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their overall experience Follow health and safety regulations diligently, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and patrons

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or as a bartender is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service Good organisational skills with effective time management during busy hours Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members A personable attitude with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
The hours you will be required to work are 10pm until 7am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
