Due to continued business growth we are looking to recruit a new late shift operative. Following our training programme, you'll be picking and packing orders ready to be sent out on our Warboys based fleet of vehicles. We strive for 100% accuracy so attention to detail is important. To succeed as a late shift operative, you'll be someone who can put people at the heart of everything you do, building relationships within your team and helping our customers receive their orders in full. This is a hands-on job for people who enjoy tackling challenges as part of a team, who like to stay active and who love to see their work contribute to the team's success.

Monday to Friday 19:00pm to 03:00am schedule

We are proud to offer a competitive salary starting salary of 27,000 rising to 28,000 after probation

Main Duties:

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail when working under pressure Good work ethics Self-motivated Reliable and punctual Manual Handling Stock Checks Checking customers' orders Maintain a clean working environment Take responsibility for working through your orders independently Help with any team tasks, such as cleaning equipment and checking stock Adhere to all H&S processes and procedures Willingness to work with all different types of stock Willing to work outside in order to pack and load our fleet of vehicles

Pay: 27,000.00-28,000.00 per year
