Why this Isn't Your Average Grad Scheme

You'll be part of the action from the start

- working on live commercial management, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation for major residential developments.

Two-Year Structured Programme -

Develop deep commercial expertise:

Year 1:

Collaborate with Development teams on procurement and risk management Track supplier and joint venture partner performance against contracts Support cost planning and project management operations Build strong internal client relationships across the business

Year 2:

Lead contract negotiations - Heads of Terms, Development Management Agreements, Building Contracts Monitor contractor performance and contractual obligations Review external agreements to identify and manage operational risks Maintain relationships with Local Authorities, developer partners, and housing colleagues

Proper Career Investment

Full RICS support Monthly sessions with 10 other graduates Part of an established programme (now in its 7th year with 70% of graduates still here after 6 years) Mentorship from former graduates who've walked your path Successful graduates typically progress into full time roles within the Development Team

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Real Responsibilities:

Coordinating multi-million pound construction packages Negotiating Heads of Terms and Development Management Agreements Managing risk across residential development projects Building relationships with contractors, consultants, and joint venture partners Monitoring cost performance and contractual deliverables

What We're Looking For:

A minimum 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying Work experience (internships, part-time jobs, placements all count) Ambition to actually make a difference

The Package

London:

31,500 + bonus | Camden office

Manchester:

27,300 + bonus | City centre
