Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

We're after someone reliable who can come in, get stuck into the laundry, and take real pride in getting things done. You'll be sorting, stain-treating, washing, drying, and keeping things moving - all with

speed and care

. It's a target-based job, so you'll need to keep an eye on how much you're getting through and stay focused. You'll be working independently for much of the day, so the ability to stay motivated and on task without supervision is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort vintage clothes by colour, fabric, and wash requirements

Treat stains and prepare garments for washing and drying

Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently

Manage inputs (clothes in) vs outputs (clothes cleaned) to meet daily realistic targets

Self-motivated and proud of a job well done

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Communicate with the team via WhatsApp for updates and coordination

Replenish laundry supplies and perform basic maintenance on machines when required

Fine working in a space that can be a bit chilly (it warms up when the dryers are on)

What We're Looking For:

Prior or personal experience in laundry or fabric care

High attention to detail - accuracy matters

Excellent self-discipline and time management

Ability to work to daily targets and stay focused

Comfortable with physical work

Interest in vintage fashion is a plus
