We're now looking for a dedicated, organised and hard-working Laundry Assistant to join our friendly team.

Role Overview

As a Laundry Assistant, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect. You'll be responsible for sorting, washing, drying, ironing and preparing linen and towels for use across a variety of properties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in cleanliness, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold laundry to company standards Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently Check all linen and towels for stains or damage and report any issues Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the laundry area Ensure correct labelling and storage of items ready for distribution Support the wider cleaning team as needed, especially during busy periods Follow all health and safety procedures, including correct use of cleaning products and equipment

What We're Looking For

Previous laundry or cleaning experience is an advantage, but full training is provided Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards Reliable, punctual and able to manage your time effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible with working hours, including weekends and peak holiday periods A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
