What will you be doing?
Ensuring that you maintain a high standard of cleanliness of linen, towels and Service Users' personal clothing, ensuring compliance with infection control procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Sort washing into relevant groups, where applicable and process it through the washer, drier and iron. Keep clean and dirty linen separate within the laundry area.
Return the Home's washing to the linen cupboard and the kitchen.
Perform minor repairs to Service Users' clothing.
What experience do you need?
Due to our strong training team, you do not need to have previous experience. All we ask for is someone who is passionate, has a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Above all, you'll be passionate about ensuring our residents have received the best service possible.
