Law Tech & Operations graduates are based in Advanced Delivery & Solutions, where we help clients embrace technological change and alternative solutions with consulting and strategic advice.

Overview of Role & Departments
You\'ll get to see the bigger picture behind tech and legal operational expertise as you work alongside coders, developers, legal project managers, lawyers and clients, and you\'ll help bridge the gap between traditional law and the modern world.

What will you do?
You\'ll rotate through different teams in AD&S: our Markets Innovation Group, Legal Project Management, Legal Tech, Practice Transformation Team and Fuse or eDiscovery teams. Over the two year programme you\'ll experience four 6-month rotational seats as well as gain experience in different legal practice areas, such as Corporate or International Capital Markets.

Training & Support
You\'ll undergo a two-year development programme designed to equip you with the technical knowledge, industry awareness and variety of project experience needed to qualify in to one of the areas. \'A&O will also support and fund recognised training and qualifications as you rotate through the four areas, including: Strategyser and RelativityOne Review Pro.

Key Requirements

  • A-levels - minimum
  • 2.1 undergraduate degree
  • Degree subject - various but ideally STEM or Economics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
