Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support the firm's growing caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of firm policies and practices.
Create and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, referrers or any other company associated with a conveyancing matter

Identifying and bringing in sources of work to their area Using case management systems daily Managing client billing processes accurately Ensuring accurate and timely completion of post-completion tasks
Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified for a minimum of 2 years' post-fellowship with current practising certificates Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
