The Post

The property team is looking for a Lawyer with a specialism in Property and Regeneration Law to deliver a dynamic and client focused service to the Council. The successful candidate will deliver residential conveyancing to our in house client departments.

Brent is currently undertaking some of its most ambitious schemes. There will be a wide variety of interesting projects ranging from sales under the right to buy scheme, lease extension projects for leasehold properties owned by Brent Council and even the purchase of hundreds of properties through Brent\'s wholly owned company.

Brent is an ambitious borough, which means that the work undertaken by the residential legal team is work that is innovative and can be career defining.

The person will have their own caseload of work and will work under the supervision of the Senior Lawyer.

The Person

You will need to demonstrate good knowledge and experience in the Property and Regeneration area and your ability to give clear and proactive advice. We are seeking an ambitious individual who want to develop their skills in respect of both property and regeneration law, building on their existing specialism(s).
