About the role


------------------


In this role, you'll support the delivery of LCI's claims relationship management proposition for designated clients, helping to meet financial objectives in line with our corporate strategy, group claims philosophy, and regulatory requirements.



You'll be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, supporting retention and cost control, and ultimately driving customer satisfaction. You'll contribute to an effective client contact strategy that promotes a customer-centric approach and long-term client loyalty.



Gathering and analysing client feedback, you'll help shape and enhance our claims proposition. You'll also take ownership of complaints from your clients, resolving them compliantly and identifying potential service improvements.



The role includes supporting the design and delivery of client MI, including trend analysis and reporting standards, and assisting in the development of technology solutions to enhance client experience. Collaboration with Claims, Underwriting and Sales teams will be key to ensuring an aligned approach across all client touchpoints.

About you

We're looking for a professional with strong technical expertise in handling general insurance claims, particularly on behalf of corporate customers with accounts generating premiums of 250k or more. You will be able to evidence strong understanding of corporate client claims requirements and expectations.



You'll have a clear customer focus, consistently delivering a high standard of service and ensuring client needs are at the heart of your approach. The ability to prioritise effectively is key, as you'll be managing multiple client relationships and workstreams simultaneously.



Collaboration is also central to the role, and we're seeking someone who works well with colleagues across functions to provide a seamless client experience. Strong analytical skills will help you identify trends, support MI delivery and shape improvements.
