A fantastic opportunity: Design Planner



The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.


As a Design planner you will be responsible for assessing and designing solutions for unlooping domestic properties for the future installation of Low Carbon Technology including Electric Vehicle Charge Points, Heat Pumps and Solar Panels. You will be required to complete any associated network studies and the high level design, before Projects are passed for delivery.



We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Design Planner to join our team and help deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused solutions for low voltage networks. You'll bring knowledge of Low Voltage networks and EPD 283 standards, along with experience conducting network studies using LV Affirm. Strong communication skills and a background in customer-facing roles within the utility industry or similar sectors are essential. Ideally, you'll hold an ONC or equivalent qualification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or be working towards it, and you'll have experience working to targets in a results-driven environment.
