About the role:

To undertake all duties of a commercial vehicle technician by carrying out inspections, repairs, maintenance and installation of components in accordance with experience. Salary scale dependent on experience level (maintenance, systems, diagnostic), basic qualified

Maintenance Technician is 18.36

per hour to

Diagnostic Technician

at

19.58 which is 42,962 - 45,817 per annum.

Training given to the standards and quality of Mercedes-Benz, with a career pathway from Maintenance Technician, through Systems Technician to Diagnostic Technician available. Working week is 45 hours, Monday to Friday plus Saturdays at overtime, if required at time and a third. Hours of work are

08:00 - 17:30 (negotiable) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Plus,

one in three Saturdays 7:00am - 1:00pm

About You

Qualified commercial vehicle technician to City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience At least a year's experience as a LGV / Van Technician. A good team player Takes responsibility for assigned work and takes pride in working to a high standard Understanding of Health & Safety standards required in the workshop Mercedes experience desirable but not essential MOT Qualification desirable but not essential
