Job Summary
To design, deliver and evaluate impactful learning and development solutions that build capability across the Distribution Centre and Technical Configuration Centre. This role supports the development of technical, behavioural and leadership skills aligned to business priorities, ensuring coworkers are equipped to perform and grow in their roles. Therefore, increasing operational efficiency and performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with Distribution Centre and Technical Configuration Centre leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective development solutions
Design and deliver engaging learning interventions, including workshops, coaching sessions, digital learning and on-the-job development
Support the implementation of career pathways, competency frameworks and onboarding programs specific to the Distribution Centre and Technical Configuration Centre.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions using qualitative and quantitative data, and continuously improve based on feedback and outcomes
Collaborate with wider L&D team to ensure alignment with UK-wide initiatives such as Power Skills, Leadership Development and Early Careers
Act as a learning consultant for Distribution Centre and Technical Configuration Centre projects, advising on capability development and change readiness
Maintain accurate records of learning activity and contribute to reporting and insights for senior stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in a learning and development role, ideally within a supply chain, logistics or operational environment
Lean Six Sigma
Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Experience designing blended learning solutions and using digital learning platforms
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to analyse learning needs and evaluate impact
