L&d Manager Pr Agency Up To £65k (manchester/hybrid)
Job Description
An award winning PR and Communications agency based in creative offices in Manchester is currently looking for a L&D Manager or Head of L&D to join their brilliant team.
They have an amazing office culture and have built and nurtured a wonderful team of employees over the years.
This is a busy new role where you will develop and execute a new L&D strategy and deliver a full training curriculum for their employees. It is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to start L&D from scratch.
Part of your role for the first 12 months will also be assisting on the HR side whilst the HR Manager is on maternity leave, with the goal to then focus on L&D when she is back.
The environment is fast paced and the team work very collaborately.
They also offer a fantastic range of benefits and the option to work from home two days a week.
The ideal candidate will have experince working within an agency although flexible, and definitely strong experience in L&D with some experience in a HR Generalist role or similar.
Salary up to 65,000.
