About the Role:



As the Lead Activities Coordinator, you'll lead our wellness initiatives, focusing on planning, designing, and delivering diverse activities that inspire fulfillment in our residents' lives.



What You'll Do:


Create stimulating activities that match residents' interests, such as music, arts and crafts, community visits, and exercise.

Update care plans, manage communications with external providers, and encourage lifestyle choices and team spirit.

Support Cambridge Manor's leadership team to uphold outstanding care standards.

A team player who collaborates with residents, relatives, and team members.

Experience in leading a team to organize complex activities and events.

Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
