Lead AI Engineer

to join our dynamic

, where we integrate

environmental, social, and governance (ESG)

principles into corporate strategies to drive long-term value creation.
We deliver comprehensive sustainability services from

regulatory compliance

and

supply chain risk management

to

AI-powered insights

that enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and accelerate sustainability journeys.

As a

Lead AI Engineer

, you will play a key role in designing and developing

Generative AI (GenAI)

applications that enable sustainable business outcomes through advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications

aligned with sustainability goals and business requirements. Implement

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

pipelines and

prompt engineering

strategies for contextual AI systems. Build and optimize

AI workflows

using frameworks such as

LangChain

,

LangGraph

, and

LlamaIndex

. Integrate and manage

vector databases

and

embedding models

for efficient information retrieval. Collaborate with data scientists, sustainability experts, and cloud engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions. Apply

software engineering best practices

-- including version control, testing, CI/CD, and containerization with Docker. Work with

Azure cloud services

(e.g., Azure Functions, Cognitive Services) to deploy and scale solutions. Ensure adherence to

responsible AI principles

, including transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation. Contribute to continuous improvement of sustainability analytics platforms and reusable AI components.

Requirements



15+ years of professional experience

in software engineering, AI, or data science roles. Strong programming expertise in

Python

, with proficiency in

FastAPI

,

Pandas

, and

NumPy

. Proven experience with

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

and

prompt engineering

. Hands-on experience with

vector databases

(e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and

embedding models

. Familiarity with

GenAI frameworks

such as

LangChain

,

LangGraph

, and

LlamaIndex

. Exposure to

multi-agent frameworks

(CrewAI, AutoGen, TaskWeave) is a strong plus. Experience with

Azure cloud services

, particularly

Azure Functions

and AI-related offerings. Working knowledge of

data engineering concepts

(pipelines, integration, warehousing) preferred. Practical understanding of

CI/CD

,

unit testing

,

version control (Git)

, and

containerization (Docker)

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a

strategic mindset

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with multidisciplinary teams.

Master's degree in
