We're building an AI-native Insight & Decision Platform for industrial spare parts. That connects to existing CMMS, IMS and procurement systems to transform raw maintenance and purchasing data into predictive insights and autonomous buying decisions.

It helps factories and manufacturers move from reactive maintenance to proactive, optimized spare and wear parts management -- powered by domain-specific AI agents.

The Role

We're seeking a

Lead AI Developer

to design and orchestrate our AI systems -- connecting domain-specific ML models, LLM agents, and APIs into an intelligent, cohesive product.
You'll own the AI architecture layer that brings our models to life inside our SaaS platform. You will also have a Senior ML Engineer reporting to you.

Architect and build AI orchestration pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel Integrate ML outputs, knowledge bases, and external APIs into cohesive AI-driven workflows Build and deploy retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic features for spare-parts insights, recommendations, and automation Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models and expose them through APIs Integrate AI features into our .NET / React platform and manage deployment on Azure Lead experimentation around new AI tools, multi-agent systems, and workflow automation Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of all AI components

Skills & Experience

5+ years in software engineering with 2+ in AI integration or orchestration Deep hands-on experience with Python AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.) Proficiency in API design, microservices, and Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines Understanding of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and vector stores Familiarity with front-end integration (React/TypeScript) and .NET backends Proven ability to take prototypes to production
