We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Markets Client Onboarding / Securities Finance to join our Markets Securities Finance Onboarding team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work with the business to onboard and create new securities finance client accounts on the Sec Lending platform Global One and link to the BNY custody platform Manage and maintain client account attributes to enable day-to-day client transaction requirements, including enabling and restricting securities and collateral, and adjusting credit exposure limits and buffers Manage daily and weekly reconciliation, control, and exception reports, ensuring all controls are processed timely and exceptions addressed with urgency Assist in implementing control practices to minimize manual error and oversight Ensure that client and internal stakeholder requests are responded to in a timely and thorough manner Assist in the offboarding of clients and termination of client contracts To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5+ years of total work experience preferred Experience in securities, financial services, or client-facing or project management roles preferred Client Onboarding, Financial Services, and Operations experience preferred At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn Here's a few of our recent awards: America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 "Most Just Companies", Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
