Job Description
We're looking for a Lead Architect to join a major IT carve-out and transformation programme. This role will lead solution and enterprise architecture across multiple streams, ensuring technical strategy, governance, and delivery are aligned.
Key focus areas:
- ERP implementation
- HR & Payroll systems
- Salesforce rollout
- Infrastructure & networks transition
- O365 & new desktop environment
- Security & access control systems
- Data migration
- Lead technical design and assure solution quality.
- Run the Technical Design Authority with the Head of Design Authority.
- Deliver key artefacts: high-level/detailed designs, operating models, interface specs, architecture patterns.
- Evaluate and select products/solutions.
- Mentor architects and provide technical leadership across the programme.
- Proven Lead/Enterprise Architect on large-scale transformations.
- Strong across infrastructure, ERP, CRM (Salesforce), security, O365, data migration.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
- Able to deliver under pressure in fast-paced change environments.
- Outside IR35
- 5-month contract (extension likely)
- Hybrid working
