We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist and leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments and nail services and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services, ensuring that clients leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.

Responsibilities

Provide professional beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures. Lash and brow treatments. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide the best service possible. Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently. Promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Manage junior members of the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A relevant qualification in beauty therapy Is essential. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continue learning and developing skills.
