About The Role

As a Lead Bowling Technician for Hollywood Bowl Group, you will supervise and direct a team of Technicians to deliver high quality maintenance of all pinspotters and bowling lanes, in order to guarantee excellent customer service and ensure that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry.



The role is varied, exciting and challenging. Your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring your team on shift, to getting stuck in fixing faults and maintaining centre standards.



Here's a closer look at the role:
Maintain and repair tenpin bowling pinspotting machines and lanes Answer all fault notification calls whilst on duty in a quick and efficient manner, along with your team Communicate with team and customers with regard to faults and lane conditions to ensure a high standard of customer service Motivate and lead the team to deliver a high standard of service Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs throughout the centre Ensure that all bowling equipment, workshops and tools are kept clean and well maintained Responsible for ordering machinery and lane parts within a specified budget and maintaining an accurate stock inventory Organise the weekly team rotas Carry out training schedules for new team members

A technical, mechanical or engineering background Previous team management experience The ability to work on own initiative, proactively seeking problems and faults with machinery Passion for customer service and service standards Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams Willingness to work late nights and weekends Detail and solution orientated
