Job Title: Lead Clinician
Location: The Shires - Stretton & Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands (LE15 7GT / LE15 6JB)
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 (DOE)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (Term-time only or flexible full-time options available)
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
About the Role
We're seeking a Lead Clinician to manage our on-site Clinical Team across The Shires - Stretton & Oakham, part of our Options Autism division. You'll work alongside school leadership and the Regional Clinical Lead, splitting your time between managing the team and carrying a clinical caseload.
You'll deliver tailored assessments and interventions for pupils with complex needs, including autism, developmental trauma, and SEMH. You'll also ensure EHCP targets are met through our tiered support model ('all', 'group', and 'individual').
You'll play a key role in shaping and developing the clinical service while providing supervision to the therapy team.

Essential Criteria
Degree in relevant clinical discipline
Current registration (e.g., BPS, HCPC)
Experience with autistic and neurodivergent young people
Skilled in report writing and service development
Experience supervising clinical staff
Strong independent and team-working skills
Experience working in multi-professional settings (preferred)
Full UK driving licence and own transport
