You will be reporting into the Head of Commercial Portfolio Banking, you will be a key player in the future growth of Metro Bank by line managing a team Commercial Banking Managers & Commercial Relationship Managers monitoring and managing the activity and management of these portfolios to support delivering growth in line with the banks objectives. Also managing a small portfolio of our Commercial Customers with value-added Relationship Management.
What you will do:
Line managing and leading a team of Commercial Banking Managers & Commercial Relationship Managers to ensure that contact strategy for Customers, Professionals & other Key Business Introducers(KBIs) is followed. As well as team and personal delivery of the following:
