Location: Manchester, Derby, or Warrington (flexible working available)

Salary: 61,920 - 81,270 + 2,200 benefits allowance + 12.5% bonus

Hours: 37.5 per week (flexible arrangements available)

The Role
As Lead Commercial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy of our groundbreaking business. You'll lead complex negotiations, manage high-value contracts, and develop strong relationships with strategic customers, suppliers, and partners across the globe. This is an opportunity to influence the future of energy while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What You'll DoLead and manage commercial activities, including contract drafting, negotiation, and execution. Contribute to commercial strategy and pricing models aligned with business objectives. Drive the development and maturity of the commercial function, including governance, processes, and training. Mentor junior team members and deputise for the Head of Commercial when required. Represent the Commercial Directorate internally and externally, presenting information in compelling formats.

What We're Looking ForStrong experience in contract drafting and negotiation with global third parties. Proven ability to deliver commercial strategy and pricing initiatives. Experience developing commercial functions and mentoring teams. Skilled at influencing and decision-making in complex, ambiguous environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
