The Compensation team is looking for an innovative compensation leader to lead the compensation function for key lines of business and strategic projects in our EMEIA markets. You will partner with the leadership teams and their People Business Partners to design and implement an innovative, regional compensation strategy within the overall company compensation philosophy for the organization. ","responsibilities":"Responsible for all of the compensation matters of the our AIML, Software and Operations lines of business in EMEIA region.

Leading a team of compensation professionals.

Developing and delivering innovative compensation programs.

Executing the annual compensation planning process.

Supporting collective bargaining and labour relations efforts.

Leading market competitiveness reviews and providing market-based recommendations to department leaders.

Providing guidance on base salary, bonus and equity programs.

Delivering training to people business partners, recruiting and managers on compensation philosophy and programs.

Performing ad hoc analysis to support business needs.

Initiating and maintaining strong working relationships within and outside the people team.

Leading the EU pay transparency directive implementation approach and roll-out, supported by an internal team of subject matter experts.

Leading the global gender pay gap annual reporting agenda.



Preferred Qualifications



Technology industry experience strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to influence, advise senior leaders, and collaborate effectively with teams.

Proven ability to maintain a high level of integrity and ethics when handling confidential information.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture.



Minimum Qualifications



Progressive experience in compensation, demonstrating a consistent track record of success in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs within a multi-national company.

Proficiency in external market benchmarking, utilizing market data sources to conduct competitive analysis.

Knowledge of Gender Pay Gap/Pay Equity legislation and applicable regional employment laws, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

Experience in job evaluation methodologies.
