Staffline are currently recruiting for a Lead Contract/CAD Team Leader for our prestigious client based in Bilston.
Hours 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday all office work.

Salary depending on experience is up to \xc2\xa330,000 per annum.

Your Time at Work
Responsibilities:
Creating and producing 2D and 3D designs for house builders and bespoke contractors.

Delivering exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers, leading and developing the CAD team, with guidance from the Customer Service Manager.

- Create 2D and 3D bathroom drawings.
- Create 2D work top manufacturing drawings.
- Design and quote for standard house build room sets, within agreed timeframes.
- Design and quote for bespoke room sets via Business Development Managers (BDM\'s)
- Responsible for ensuring a build status of all critical drawings is maintained.
- Attend pre-start contract meetings when required.
- Contract customer delivery schedules, via plot, added to call off system, action the call off as per customer requests, liaise with site managers regarding delivery dates etc.
- Administer all project schedules, communicate project status to relevant personnel.
- Support managers and team members when dealing with customer service issues.
- Supervise and mentor a small team, ensuring all department KPI\'s are achieved creating a positive environment for staff and visitors.
- Ensure the team follows all policies and processes.
- Look for improvement areas as part of the continuous improvement process.
- Ensure effective communication and support to all levels of the business.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of utopia solutions according to customers\' expectations and objectives.
- Ensure the department answers all incoming calls effectively and deal with inquiries promptly.
- Deliver 1-2-1 team meetings and reviews periodically.

You may on occasions be required to attend customer sites, therefore, a current driving licence will be required.

Ideally you will have experience working with Fusion and Virtual World software, however, this is not essential as full training will be given.
