We're looking for a

Lead Data Analyst

who thrives at the intersection of data, product, and go-to-market strategy. This role goes far beyond dashboards -- you'll own our data strategy, architect scalable analytics foundations, and translate billions of sales interactions into insights that drive product innovation and revenue impact.



You move with urgency and clarity. You care about data integrity, actionable insights, and the people you work with. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited to help shape Mixmax's next chapter as we scale from $10M to $100M+ ARR.

In Your First 3 Months




Build deep familiarity with our data infrastructure, product domains, and revenue workflows Deliver high-impact dashboards in Looker that clarify GTM performance and pipeline health Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure data quality across key systems Translate stakeholder needs into clear data requirements and insights Identify quick wins to improve reliability and accessibility of our analytics stack

In Your First 6 Months




Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives with measurable business outcomes Establish best practices for data governance, modeling, and documentation Drive attribution modeling, predictive insights, and ROI measurement for AI-driven workflows Mentor analysts and business stakeholders in building a data-driven culture Influence long-term data strategy and architecture alongside Engineering and Product leadership

What You'll Be Doing

Lead high-impact data initiatives that shape product strategy and GTM execution Architect, design, and optimize pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow Own and scale Mixmax's Looker environment, delivering clear, actionable insights Partner with GTM teams on sales performance, pipeline analytics, and customer engagement Build predictive models that identify high-conversion prospects and optimize workflows Democratize access to data with self-service tools, documentation, and training Champion scalability, speed, and data integrity as we grow exponentially Support hiring, onboarding, and development of the analytics function

What We're Looking For

Strong SQL expertise with experience in data modeling, optimization, and analytics engineering Proven track record with Looker (or similar BI tools such as Tableau, Mode) Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or equivalent modern data stack tools Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue analytics (CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, conversion) Experience leading analytics initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to business impact Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with cross-functional stakeholders Passion for problem-solving, storytelling with data, and enabling better decisions at scale Comfort mentoring teammates and leveling up the data culture in a fast-growing company

Nice to Have

Experience working with AI-driven analytics or intelligent signals Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming systems Exposure to infrastructure-as-code or advanced data governance practices Background in sales tech, productivity tools, or revenue operations analytics
