We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead a small team of Integration Engineers within the Information and Digital Group.
The role will involve overseeing the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements; help develop project plans and ensure timely execution.

About You
You will have a strong understanding and experience of working with data integration technologies, particularly within the context of enterprise systems. You will have a deep understanding of business processes across various domains, including data management, ETL processes, and data governance.
You will have experience in strategic planning and the development and delivery of data integration roadmaps. Ideally, you will also have experience with project management methodologies that can be applied to deliver new data integration solutions as well as approaches for ensuring the continuous improvement of existing systems. You will also be comfortable in leading a team and undertaking the associated line management responsibilities.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders concerned with data services, tools, processes, and policies. This requires a degree of understanding of technical, user, and strategic aspects of data integration service delivery.
