Are you an experienced Dental Nurse looking to take the next step into leadership?

Bedale Dental Practice is excited to welcome a motivated, proactive Lead Dental Nurse to our friendly and supportive team. Working 2-3 days per week with flexibility on days worked.


This role is perfect for a Dental Nurse who may not have held a lead position before but is ready to grow, take on additional responsibility, and become a key part of our practice's clinical excellence.

About the Role

As our Lead Dental Nurse, you'll combine hands-on dental nurse clinical duties with leading on compliance and Health and safty. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and wider team to maintain high clinical standards, support compliance processes, and help guide the nursing team day to day.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example to maintain excellent standards of infection control and cross-infection compliance Assist with practice audits, record-keeping and compliance tasks (training provided) Support risk assessments and contribute to a safe, well-organised clinical environment Help onboard, support and guide junior nurses Ensure surgeries are well stocked, prepared and maintained Work collaboratively with clinicians and the lead practice team Contribute to the wider culture of teamwork, positivity and continuous improvement
