LEAD DENTAL NURSE

Lead Dental Nurse

to join our friendly team at our vibrant practice.

You'll be working closely with our Principal Orthodontist, providing chairside support and ensuring a first-class experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a professional and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Provide chairside assistance to the Principal Orthodontist/Associates during a variety of orthodontic procedures Lead by example and support our nursing team to maintain the highest clinical and compliance standards Oversee compliance across both our sites, ensuring all CQC and HTM 01-05 requirements are met Manage stock control, equipment maintenance, and surgery organisation Build and nurture strong patient relationships, ensuring comfort, care, and confidence at every stage of treatment Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Support and train junior nurses, fostering teamwork and professional growth

About You

GDC registered Dental Nurse (required) Orthodontic experience preferred Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken English Confident, professional, and patient-focused High attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a busy environment Passionate about maintaining clinical excellence and compliance
