We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice looking for a confident and experienced

Lead Dental Nurse

to support our clinical team and help drive exceptional patient care.

As the Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in mentoring junior staff, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and supporting a team of dental nurses Ensuring compliance with CQC and HTM 01-05 standards Assisting in a range of treatments, including general, cosmetic, and specialist procedures Overseeing stock control, equipment maintenance, and clinical audits Supporting the Practice Manager with clinical governance and staff development Championing best practice in infection control and patient care

What We're Looking For:

GDC registered Dental Nurse Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in dental nursing Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent organisational and communication skills A proactive and supportive team player Up-to-date knowledge of compliance and infection control procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.50-16.80 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
