LEAD DENTAL NURSE (Invisalign Care)

Full Time

Are you an experienced Dental Nurse looking to step up to the next level as a Lead Nurse ? You will be based within our Smmmile Store in the heart of Bristol City Centre, you will take your expert nursing skills to new heights as this role involves working closely with the Practice Manager supporting in all aspects of clinical auditing and supervision of the dental team. You will also lead by example in preparing patients for their Smmmile journey with Invisalign. You will already have a radiology qualification or willing to train in the early stages of your employment.

You will be familiar with all aspects of CQC and GDC requirements for the safe operation of a busy dental practice and you will be passionate to ensure strict infection control procedures. Being comfortable to supervise our nursing team is essential for this role to support the practice manager with the day to day running of the practice.

As well as lead nurse duties, you will also perform scans with our state of the art ITero scanning system and support our clinicians in advanced cosmetic procedures. Smmmile Store combine the very best patient experience with state of the art digital technology, offering Invisalign treatments and aesthetic dentistry. We are looking for someone who is passionate and looking for something unique and different to the day to day routine of dentistry.

To be successful in this role you will need to hold a formal Dental Nurse qualification and be registered with the General Dental Council.
