Role Overview

Vitruvian Dental Studio is a high end luxury private dental practice offering everything from same day smile makeovers to specialist orthodontics to full mouth implants.

Due to a well deserved internal promotion of our current long standing head nurse we are looking for a replacement.

Previous head nurse experience, although preferred, is not essential as you will be fully supported by our dual site practice manager along with our head of compliance and operations.

This will be a full time role consisting of in surgery nursing and time to complete admin tasks outside of surgery.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Assist with nursing rota and support the nursing team day to day Assist with maintaining CQC compliance with relevant audits Stock ordering and inventory taking Ensure HTM01-05 is abided by by the clinical team at all times Support the team in administrative tasks as required.

Ideal Applicant

Experienced dental nurse (lead nurse experience preferred but not essential, we will invest in the right applicant in training/support and courses) Good leadership skills with a keen and supportive attitude Strong organisational skills Knowledge of relevant regulations Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
