Lead Dental Nurse

to play a key role in building and leading our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care Ensure daily operations run smoothly across surgeries Oversee compliance, infection control, stock management, and protocols Mentor and support junior dental nurses Chairside assistance for a wide range of treatments including implants and cosmetic dentistry

Requirements:

?GDC-registered Dental Nurse
? Minimum 3 years' experience in dental nursing
? Previous leadership/senior nurse experience preferred
? Experience in cosmetic and implant dentistry essential
?Excellent communication and organisational skills
? Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
