About the Role



We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced Lead Dental Nurse

to lead and inspire our clinical nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong leadership background in dental nursing who thrives in a large, multi-disciplinary practice and is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care.

Your Responsibilities



Leadership:

Supervise, support and develop a team of dental nurses across a multi-clinic practice.

Team Management:

Oversee rotas, performance reviews, recruitment, and mentoring of junior staff.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to infection control, GDC standards, and CQC regulations.

Clinical Excellence:

Maintain a high standard of patient care and implement improvements to patient journey.

Stock & Resource Management:

Maintain efficient stock control and liaise with suppliers.

Communication:

Act as a point of contact between nurses, clinicians, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations.

GDC-registered Dental Nurse Minimum 2 years senior nurse experience in a busy dental setting Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills Confident working across departments and under pressure Passionate about high-quality patient care and team development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.00-18.80 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
