Lead Dental Nurse

to our growing team at

Springmount Dental & Aesthetics

. This position has opened due to our current lead nurse stepping into a new role within the practice.

What We're Looking For:

A

qualified Dental Nurse

with

GDC registration

Experience working in a dental practice A positive, flexible, and approachable personality A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and customer service Strong communication and teamwork skills Confidence in leading and supporting a team
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support our team of nurses, maintaining high clinical standards Ensure compliance with the latest CQC guidelines Assist with a range of procedures including

cosmetic, implant, aesthetic, sedation

, and

general dentistry

Organise and lead regular nurses' meetings Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations both clinically and administratively
Hours:

Between

32 - 40.25 hours per week

(Part-time or full-time considered)

Salary:

From

14.00 per hour

, depending on experience

for Saturday hours (rotas up to 2 per month)
