About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Nurse to lead our clinical team in Norfolk. This pivotal role will provide professional leadership, ensure high standards of patient care, and support the ongoing development of our nursing staff.

The successful candidate will act as a role model, champion best practice, and contribute to the strategic direction of our service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong clinical leadership and professional guidance to the nursing team Oversee and maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and safeguarding Manage staffing rotas, workforce planning, and recruitment as needed Support training, supervision, and continuous professional development for nurses Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with CQC/GDC standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care Develop and update clinical policies, procedures, and documentationMonitor clinical performance, audit outcomes, and manage incident reporting Ensure effective communication across clinical and non-clinical team

About You

Registered Dental Nurse with current GDC registration Significant post-registration experience, including team leadership or managerial responsibilities Strong understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Commitment to high-quality patient care and staff development Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
