Lead Dental Nurse - Full Time (5 Days) | Part Time Considered (Min 3 Days)

What We Offer

About You

We're looking for an experienced Dental Nurse who: Is GDC-registered and passionate about high-quality patient care Has previous experience or strong interest in a leadership role and can demonstrate having taken on additional responsibilities beyond standard nursing duties Can support and mentor the nursing team to maintain high clinical standards Is confident with compliance, stock control, and health & safety procedures Is organised, proactive, and able to balance admin responsibilities with clinical work Brings strong communication skills and a positive approach to team leadership

Key Responsibilities

Act as Infection Control Lead and ensure compliance Oversee stock control and ordering processes Carry out audits and maintain accurate records for compliance Support the Practice Manager in ensuring CQC and health & safety standards are met Manage the nursing rota and assist with recruitment/training of new staff Mentor and support team members, promoting professional development Liaise with clinicians to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
