The Role

Lead and manage the dental nursing team.

Liaise with the Practice Manager and other departments to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Manage and maintain dental stock, materials, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.

Ensure full compliance with all CQC & GDC.

Mentor nursing team and provide support and ongoing training.

Coordinate infection control and decontamination processes across the practice.

Support clinicians during procedures, including general, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.

Oversee clinical audits (daily, and weekly) ensuring continuous quality improvement.

Maintain accurate clinical records and assist with administrative duties where required.

Provide chairside assistance and deliver exceptional levels of patient care leading by example.

Requirements:

Qualified Dental Nurse with valid GDC registration.

Minimum 3 years of clinical dental nursing experience, including some in a senior or lead role.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Knowledge of SOE is advantageous.

A flexible, organised, and proactive approach to work.
