The

Lead Dental Nurse

will have the responsibility for the running and organisation of the surgery as well as supporting the dentists and to mentor and train the Trainee Dental Nurses and support with deliver an exceptional experience for our patients.

The role will involve:

Excellent understanding of dentistry

Clinical and governance experience and be able to follow processes

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Friendly and flexible

Pro-active and motivated

Well presented, reliable, and supportive

Excellent communication skills

Candidate requirements:

GDC registered

Friendly, reliable, and adaptable

Organized with excellent co-ordination skills

Flexible and a team player

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Hours:

40 Hours

Salary:

Experience:

? Qualified Dental Nurse: 1 year (preferred)
