Lead Developer

to elevate our engineering function and drive innovation across all brands.

This is a rare opportunity to own the technical strategy for a group that's scaling fast, building industry-leading digital solutions, and continually pushing the boundaries of dental tech. You'll combine hands-on engineering with leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end development of scalable backend services and intuitive frontend applications. Define engineering standards, architecture, and best practices for a high-performing technical team. Partner closely with product, design, QA, and data teams to deliver seamless, user-centric digital experiences. Mentor and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth. Oversee performance, security, and maintainability across all platforms. Champion modern engineering workflows including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and robust QA practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and make strategic decisions that shape the future of our products and systems.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in backend development (

Python, FastAPI

) and modern frontend technologies (

Next.js, React, TypeScript

). Deep knowledge of relational databases (

MySQL, Postgres

), API design (REST/GraphQL), and data workflows. Proven leadership or senior engineering background with experience mentoring, reviewing code, and owning projects. Hands-on experience building and deploying scalable cloud solutions (AWS preferred). Sharp problem-solving skills and confidence in making smart architectural and technical decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with QA frameworks and automation tooling. Experience with BI, analytics, or integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
