We're hiring a Lead Ecommerce Solutions Consultant to own solution design, technical specification, project delivery, and post?launch account management for complex, ERP?integrated ecommerce builds.

If you don't have strong hands?on experience across ecommerce solution design, consultancy, and technical project management, this role won't be the right fit.

Core Skills Required

Ecommerce & Solution Design

Ability to run post?sales discovery sessions Translate business requirements into detailed solution specifications Experience designing ecommerce workflows, logic, and integrations Understanding of B2B/B2C ecommerce functionality and best practice

Technical & Integration Knowledge

Strong understanding of ERP/back?office integrations Ability to define data flows, mapping, and system interactions Comfortable working with developers, UX, QA, and integration teams Able to challenge and validate technical approaches

Project Delivery

Proven experience managing complex ecommerce or software projects Skilled in scope control, timeline management, and stakeholder communication Ability to coordinate cross?functional teams Highly organised, proactive, and delivery?focused

Client?Facing & Consultancy

Confident leading client workshops and solution discussions Skilled at translating technical concepts into business language Experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients Ability to manage post?launch change requests and enhancements

Leadership & Collaboration

Comfortable mentoring junior team members Strong ownership mindset Works best in a collaborative, in?person environment

Work Environment

Selection Process

A small number of candidates will be selected and asked to complete an online assessment - requiring 1 hour of your time.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a one hour video interview via ms teams where we will spend 20 minutes finding out more about you, 20 minutes on technical discussion, 10 minutes discussing the job in more detail, and 10 minutes on a Q&A.

As we receive good applicants we will rapidly organise sessions, provide feedback and make decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 60,000.00-75,000.00 per year
