Educator ready to be a Deputy Room Lead

to guide a space where children thrive and teams grow.


In this role, you will:


Deliver inspiring care and education to our children Support the Room Lead with the day-to-day running and ensure continuity of provision Be a role model for children and colleagues alike Help create a joyful, supportive team environment Communicate professionally with families, teams, and external partners Support the Room Lead to ensure a positive, high-standard environment for all Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease Champion best practice and uphold nursery policies Complete key admin tasks Speak up--celebrate great practice or raise concerns when needed
